he's good, just seems so frail and not to play well injured/recovering. I think Baer has looked like one of our better guys. - neem55

Well I tried a pumpkin spice latte to see what all the fuss is about. I feel dirty and a little dumber. I will stick to my black coffee. |

Yeah, I’m okay with Sven. I’m not sold on him as a core player but I’m fine with him as a top 6 forward on this roster. |

Cameron Gaunce on waivers , he can go play with his brother next year in Europe |

I’m getting tweener vibes from Leipsic, but I hope he proves me wrong.
I still think he could carve out a decent NHL career if he played with the same tenacity he did in junior. I know he’s a small dude so I’m not expecting him to throw his weight around and drop the gloves but more just agitate, like Brendan Gallagher does.
Goldobin has the high end skill so I’m okay with giving him a longer leash than other bubble players but he needs to keep improving away from the puck. Green was able to get Baertschi’s game turned around and I think he’s trying to do the same with Goldy. - Nucker101
Watching Leipsic he seems to be able to create on his own ...guys like Sven and Goldy tend to need better players to look good ...if Leipsic wasn’t so small he would be more talked about |
|

I have a hard time liking Sven in the top 6
For Canucks to raise themselves out of the basement they need more Boesers Petterssons and Bo's not more Mason Raymonds - VANTEL
This is true .... but keep in mind when the Canucks were looked at as a dominant team Raymond was a 2nd liner

Do you guys feel you upgraded when you moved out Sven or are you regretting it? I would assume you are okay that he has moved on.
Canucks need to get to that spot too and start wanting true top 6 players and not tweeners. |

Canucks were looked at as a top team because of Sedins Kesler and Burrows. I don't think any team came in assigning a special player to guard Raymond |

Leipsic and Goldobin are both worthless. Cut them. Same with Gaunce. Send these complete plugs a message and get them out of Vancouver. You were right about Motte. I’d prefer him over any of those scraps that are loved by this fanbase |

The fact Gaunce still has defenders on here is remarkable. An absolute worthless slug |

At the time I didn’t care ....when he first joined the flames he looked dangerous but often looked lost out there. Then he pouted when he wasn’t gifted better minutes and linenates when guys who weren’t projected lower than him passed him.
I think he has matured a lot and has even stated the trade work him up.
To me he will always be a good shooter who can play in offensive situations ...but he isn’t the key to any lines success
It all comes down to what Ras becomes ...I’m liking him so far but time will tell |

I signed him to a 8 year 1.3 million dollar contract in nhl19. Doesn't score much but he's a consistent positive corsi player who doesn't cost goals.
Great 13th forward. |
