Obviously but if you consider Gallagher, Drouin, Domi, Tatar, Danault and Byron as the top 6, you still have Plekanec, Armia, Peca, Lekhonen, De La Rose, Scherbak and Hudon for the bottom lines with Shaw and Deslauriers soon to be added - obie
Scherbak and Hudon have nothing to do on a fourth line, they don't fit there. That was my point. Deslauriers when healthy is pretty much the type of guy you would expect on a fourth line. |

At this point I'd rather have Scherbak on a 4th line on a team that rolls 4 lines pretty evenly rather than have him sent down to Laval. As it stands now, I'm not sure where he fits in, there's no room... That's why I think Byron should of been moved |

On this team?
Say Domi, Drouin and Gallagher is the 1st unit
Danault, Tatar and Byron the 2nd
Lekhonen, Plekanec and Armia 3rd
Leaves Peca, Hudon and Scherbak on the 4th line or not on the team... Still left with De La Rose, Shaw, Deslauriers and McCarron
All I'm saying is there is way too many F, regardless of where they line up |

Unless we think Armia is better than Byron, I would say Byron is a top 6 player on this team. The guy scored 20 + goals back to back with not much pp time. |

The only guy who could jump him in the top 6 is Scherbak and as of now, I'm not sure there's even a spot for him, which was my original point... Plekanec shouldn't of been brought back and Byron should of been traded |

there is a spot for anyone on this team who can come in and prove themselves capable of providing even a modicum of offence. don't know if Sherbak is that guy but on a team that finished 28th overall and does not have a single legitimate first line player, there should be several spots available. |
