I don't know, I've taken my daughter to a trampoline park filled with toddlers and their parents a number of times and have never seen anyone get injured.

My neighbor is in charge of the ER at the local hospital and the 2 injuries she sees the most during the summer months are lawn mower and trampoline injuries. She said that there is no way in hell she will buy her kids a trampoline.

Those places are usually much safer than a backyard trampoline; for one there's nowhere to fall off, and the edges are always padded and covered, so you can't get a leg caught.
