Thanks Carol.

Glad Lefty could lower his expectation down from absurd to semi absurd on prospects.

With the night off inbetween, a bit surprised they arent trying EP vs bigger competition.

Wonder if the fans will actually get to see OJ play, nevermind game isnt televised.

Vegas.

Possible. I think Patches + Stastny is an upgrade on Neal + Perron plus if Fleury plays a full season it should off set some of the regression.

Probably gonna be the team that gets the worst injuries that ends up disappointing

They’re resting EP for TV games and playing OJ on non-televised games

Smart move

That's a big factor.

just can't see the full Vegas squad (or Fleury) playing to that potential again but they did prove everyone wrong last year.

Plus teams and coaches will have their systems figured out a bit more.

Gonna be a wild ride in the west.

Yeah, this is as deep/competitive as the West has been in awhile.

We need to get on a 3game win streak to start the season so we can plan the parade.

I think they’ve had surprising starts the last two seasons and then the “this team is better than we thought” crowd is formed. Then by Christmas at the latest, reality sets in.

My favourite part is when reality sets in.

I remember last year it was after 1 game. Hopefully fans this year understand right from the beginning that we are going to be a bottom 5 team.

Just depends on when the injuries start to pile up.

When Horvat and Boeser are playing this is an entirely different, better team.

i'd probably add Sven, Tanev and Edler to that list.
Pretty much a guarantee that all 3 will go down at some point.

They are really just going to feed Juolevi to the wolves pairing him with Gudbranson

Juolevi is going to think playing good defense is icing the puck every chance you get.

Mcdavid alone cant make EDM a playoff team. There are lots of great players on bad teams. There are just teams that are that bad, and i think van is one of them.

Puck Daddy is a pucking idiot, he always has a hate for Canucks and a boner for the Leafs.

I won't debate if he is right or wrong but you may as well ask Damien Cox what he thinks
