I was very, very skeptical of the pick, however OTA's, Training Camp, preseason and so far the regular season; he continues to develop at a fairly quick pace. He stills has alot of work to do, but his progress is terrific.

Panthers acquired OT Marshall Newhouse from the Bills for a conditional 2021 pick.

Bills coach Sean McDermott continues to do business with his old team. Although he's played only 14 snaps this season, Newhouse has managed to struggle. His acquisition speaks to the Panthers' depth and injury issues up front.

Mitts struggling this preseason and Dahlin lasts game have hampered my expectations a bit. If we are loading up the top line we need secondary scoring. Dahlin is also not going to take the world over at 18. I’m thinking 85 points. Good progress though. We need a lot of things to go right for us this year

I think it’s safe to say we are headed in the right direction

Still some “dead weight” to move out

But getting Dahlin was huge
We should be able to build a winner with him & Eichel as the centerpieces of our team over the next decade or so
