Ever since I was a kid, every single Yankee game was on TV (the old PIX channel).

Agree with this too. I’m 45. When I was old enough to appreciate baseball the yanks were at the end of a long successful run. I was aware of their history and how great they were supposed to be but I didn’t see it for a while, it took some faith. The post 81 WS team to the 96 WS team were some tough years to be a yanks fan.

Bills claimed DT Jordan Phillips off waivers from the Dolphins.

To clear a roster spot for him, the Bills released DT Robert Thomas. Phillips was let go by Miami earlier this week after getting into it with coaches on the sideline Sunday at New England. The former second-round pick has been a disaster this year, earning PFF's No. 94 defensive tackle grade out of 98 qualifiers.
