Yeah -- None of those point totals are contingent on each other (as in expecting the team to score X amount of goals). I didn't really take that into account. It was more what is a reasonable and optimistic take on a player's points total.

For example I don't know if Couts gets 65 again. I think his totals will actually be around 58-62, but 65 is a reasonable and optimistic take.

I know, it is just a nice measuring stick to look at. I dont think JVR gets to 26 without top PP time, but maybe you've considered that

With how bad amac has been in the preseason I’m surprised they are going in with Provorov and ghost together. I’d rather not put all our eggs in one basket so to speak. Amac-hagg has me very worried.

So I did this last year, it was fun. I'll update my totals and projections around the 20 40 and 60 game mark. This is also meant as a project of each player, independent of team totals. It's partly what I think is possible and what I think is going to happen. So there is a bit of optimism in the numbers as well.

Nice play by the other forward drawing the defender over. I thought they were going to take off and then BOOM! PP goal.

When it was 4-2 Ducks I think the shots were something like 32-14 Sharks. They just couldn't keep the puck out of their net. Very surprising game for me. Oh, well. Game 1, 81 to go.
