I think Brock might need some time to get use to that added bulk. Seems a little
uncoordinated with the puck. Like his pipes are in the way.

Thanks Carol, agree on Granlund, he had a good game. Liked how he went hard to the net on the PP trying to stuff in the rebound. Obviously a little more skill to get the puck over the pad on the initial shot would be great, but going to an area where you know that you will likely have to pay a price was great to see. Maybe Brooksey is right, maybe it’s Schaller who will find himself on waivers when Rous is ready to return?

I said he wasn't a lock in a the lineup for a reason - he showed absolutely nothing in pre-season and he was scratched in the opener for it. He gotta earn it like everyone else. Unless he picks it up big time, i don't see why he wouldn't be sent to Utica - and if so, who cares? |
