Actually the tank year with Anders Lindback, Jhonas Enroth and Michal Neuvirth in goal along with the likes of Zac Dalpe, Tyson Strachan, Andrej Meszaros, et al was the worst product in franchise history and I've never been in the locker rooms so hard to judge but couldn't have been a hoot when Hasek's wife was being had.

If you guys think Housley is getting fired anytime soon, your idiots. So, here's a novel idea....why don't we root for the sabres to start playing well. there's no way he gets fired this year. It would take a poor start of next year for that to happen.

Kane is maybe the 6th or 7th best player on San Jose
O’Reilly is probably around the same for St. Louis.
Lehner is the backup now in NYI.

They are in the right spots. They were expected to be our 2nd and 3rd best players, and with Kane’s new deal were paid like it. Lehner was expected to be a starter.
