In hindsight signing Gagner doesn’t fit for me when Boucher is very similar. Not a complaint only opinion. Both are in Utica for a reason.

Im neither pro or anti pot, i grew up with an older brother in the seventies with "sweet leaf" blaring on the record player and a bong in the bedroom. However people do dismiss the downside of marijuana too easily. It is like alcohol, if you use it in the workplace or driving a car, your a danger to yourself and others. Too many times i hear the refrain " i can drive high NP " However you are not even supposed to drive while under the influence of over the counter cough medications so i think the answer to being high and driving is self evident.In the workplace where you operate equipment that could endanger yourself or others you are required to be alert and sober .Worksafe BC would tar and feather you if you decided to have a puff and caused someone to get hurt. Its fine to preach the pot mantra but it is the same as alcohol, it has effect on you . While its benefits are many ,you can take something like CBD (cannibidol) that doesnt get you high but i am sure many would choose the other option as they like to get high.That is no issue, but being responsible with it is important. And on another note, vaping or smoking it, be kind and keep your second hand smoke away from others .

My father had a small grow room in Burnaby. His house was broken into and the plants were not in flower so they left them but a neighbour had called the cops. He came home and was arrested for his small garden. It was just a couple of shelves with very small plants, maybe 3 dozen only 24 inches tall. This was 2007. Mandatory sentence was one year. He serves the 8 months(3rd off for good behavior) and 6 weeks after he was released, he was given a licence to grow 49 plants... that is more than what he was convicted of... and he grows them way bigger. They did this to a man in his 60's.
