Probably, it was shot directly into his pad. It was a good save to get acrosst™, but the Rangers screwed the pooch by trying to get too cute too late.

That's way too tough on him. He's been very solid defensively...better than expectations. You can already see him getting more involved offensively. It's easy to argue that he's been our best player so far this season.
