The league ruined it. Can't go low, can't go high. These defensive players have zero chance to make plays. Everything they've been taught is being tossed aside.

Not JVR. I like the JVR signing and i think it is way to early to judge that signing.

JVR signing is exactly what we need. Flyers got JVR because we needed a pure goal scorer on the 2nd line LW. Its been 2 games and some guys havent stated off great but they will get where we need them to be. JVR and Patrick will be 60 point guys.

That means statistically they will get a point in 75% of their games however as hockey fans we know it doesnt work that way. Points sometimes come in pairs or more which means that 75% ratio is lower and probably more so in the 50-60% range.

Give it time and these guys will light it up. They just need to gel with their linemates and build chemistry.
