Not disagreeing with you about how bad the pro scouts have been, but they did have a substantial change back in July of 2017, when Snepsts and Deblois retired/contract not renewed.

What I find preposterous is, when someone makes an opinionated comment, like the one i made, and other commentors won't take their blinders off, and actually think about the comparison that has been made.

Look, you said you wanted a draft like Detroit. I made a quip about signing players who literally could not be traded as maybe a poor choice by this group. Just because you and minivan think I’m whining doesn’t make it so. Do you want more draft picks for JB (not Benning, the other JB)? Sam Gagner isn’t going to get that done for you. I’ve seen several trade deadlines go by with this group and I have yet to see more than what, one 4th round pick in return? Why do you think something will change this year?

They play literally not even slightly alike other than they both play wing. Gadjovic is a net front guy, good at deflections. Boeser is a natural wrist shot shooter. They had a similar injury, seems pretty inconsequential given the amount of wrist injuries in hockey.

I didn't see it necessary to state the obvious, but it looks like I will need to. Gagner will not get you a first round pick.

A player like Edler Tanev or Sutter may get you a first round pick at TDL. Is that better?

I've probably ate enough Turkey for two or three people. My family came to town so there is 8 people staying in my house right now. All of them waiting for this baby that decided after 14 hours it wasn't coming yesterday.
