Now there you go simpleton, doing simple things. I don’t hang out here all day, I come here on my lunch break maybe. - SuperSchennBros
Do you often take your lunch break at 10:15am? |

NHL teams don't tend to give specific timetables for concussions cause there's no way of knowing when the symptoms will subside.
When Sanheim hurt his shoulder in preseason, Hextall gave a similar return estimate to this one.

I thought maybe a facial fracture. He did go out for a half of a shift after taking the stick to the face.
Complete guess |

Actually Manning skates betterr and is faster. And he does not fall like Bambi on the ice every second shift. I think A Mac looks like a drunken sailor on ice. - THE EVIL WITHIN
Sir, I was a sailor and had a few drinks every once in a while, but I never tripped over the blue line. |

True. I would like no injury, but I would rather have something muscle or bone related as opposed to a concussion if you know what I mean.

Maybe his teeth got knocked loose and if he comes back right away they'll fall out?
Lots of potential for things to get (frank)ed up when you play hockey. |

Couturier has been partially to blame on at least a couple of PPGA. Last night both Couturier and Provorov were guilty of remaining flat footed and reaching with their stick instead of moving their feet on a goal scored from the goal mouth. The Flyers as a whole have been way too soft around their net. - MJL
While I'm not excusing your observation, I did notice that when Raffl was on the PK he was actively attacking the puck. But later on I noticed penalty killers standing flat foot in their square. Was it do to lack of effort or due to being on the ice so long that they were tired? I really wasn't paying attention at that time to why, but it did happen. And when they are flat footed, that is when the bad things happen. |

He has a lightly discolored cheekbone, out 7-10 days.
Wait, he's a hockey player, not a baseball player? Probably a missing neck. |

I'm hoping non concussion and am grasping onto anything to make it true until it's not.
Maybe it knocked his earring out and he couldn't find it. |

I agree, at times they were passive. Fatigue could be an issue. It would help to not give a team 7 PP. Failed clears continues to be an issue.

He could be upset about his linemate's lack of ice time at even strength and refusing to play for 7-10 days until he feels better about it |

Unless its an injury you can see on an xray or MRI what way should a team judge if a player is healthy?
If they sit someone for two weeks who was ready after 3 days what then? |

I know that's the timetable to Pittsburgh's goalie, but he's had more concussions than Patrick.

When he came out, it seemed like the trainer was looking at his face/jaw area. That's why I thought maybe a concussion.
There really is nothing like doing a completely uneducated medical diagnosis over the TeeVee.
