Yeah, think this team will be completely different next year. Think whoever they might not be able to offload at the tdl will be offloaded in the summer.

Just realized I can pretty much see Jack Hughes (and the rest of the young US prospects) play all year long since US Hockey is based out of Plymouth, Michigan. They actually play an exhibition against Michigan in Ann Arbor tonight, but that's going to be hard to make.

Seriously though, If they didn't have Bishop it would be such a perfect fit. Hanks contract would run out by the time their young goalies they drafted are ready

I agree. Matthews is awesome, but McDavid is just a truly special player. Matthews has a much better supporting cast and organization though, so he might end up being the more successful player team wise.
