Imagine being gudbranson, and getting absolutely triggered by martin roughing up stecher, and then hugging miller, and screaming "matt martin is dead" so the media can write their stories, but then seeing matheson rough up the best player on the team, and be incredibly passive about it when you faceoff against matheson later in the period.

It's funny, at the end of their careers, the past couple years, the Sedins actually engaged people with pushback, they got into scrums and gave a few facewashes.

On a side note, jeez that Sebastian Aho has been a great draft choice for the Hurricanes. Taken 35th overall in the second round, a good example of why you don't trade second round picks in a rebuild, if you get lucky enough to hit on a guy like that it's worth it.

I think there will be a suspension. The check was fine but slamming a guy head first to the ice ? I would think 2-5 games. As far as retribution, having to think about it for 2 months is awesome. I bet he wished he got it over with tonight. Especially for a guy with 1 career fight.

No way there is a suspension. Malicious? Maybe. But its debateable it was even worth a penalty.
