I wonder who is manipulating Nylander into career suicide

Now Kapanen is gonna put up 20+ goals playing with Matthews and yup, he's RFA after this season too...

So...with Shaw probably ready to play on Wednesday, who do you take out of the lineup?

Peca had 2 assists, Hudon had a goal and played well, and you can't possibly scratch Plekanec the game after his 1000th where he'll be honoured...

It'll be Hudon.

Bergevin hates him.

Read a rumour that Habs might go after Josh Anderson. Wouldn't mind that.

I would try a PL Dubois and David Savard package

They have too many F as it is, he's more of a bottom 6 guy anyway... Very similar to Armia
- obie

This isn’t true by any stretch of imagination, besides he is playing is 3rd season and didn’t reach his potential. 19 goals in 63 games doesn’t strike me as a bottom 6 at all. I will take him over Armia in a heartbeat, but it’s not happening.

Seems to be a bit more of a natural goal scorer than Armia which is something the habs need. If it's a swap between the two I would do it, not sure I would give any assets for someone who is not that much of an upgrade to have another chair with 2 guys trying to sit on it.

So if he's not a bottom 6 who does he bump out? Gallagher, Drouin, Tatar, Domi, Danault, Byron, Lehkonen? Or take more ice time away from Kotkaniemi?

Armia has 60 points in 185 career games while Anderson has 66 in 163... That's pretty similar

They have a lot of guys that can "chip in offensively" they need guys with clear cut, top line offensive production potential...

They don't have anything of value to trade for that. But they have alot more playmakers than snipers, they could-use a Ryder-lite on that third line.
