My "dude" that's been legally growing for years now (cancer patients) told me that now that he has the new permit, he can sell us weed for cheaper.. .here's how.

The "govt" (trudeau's friends) set up a quota per set of lights. The numbers are 1 pound of weed for 1 set of lights.

Thing is.. on a bad cycle, they can yield 2 pounds and on a good cycle, 3 pounds... so what they do is sell the 1 pound legally to the govt and then sell the "illegal" extra weed on the "black market".

He/they end up making more $$$.

While you are at it, might want to add some kinda yearly (at least) health check

you can't get rid of it, so same kind of thoughts here : more revenue and to take away some from the black market.
