Players do the bulk of their learning on M-F (so to speak) in the film room & on the practice field
They get “coached” by their coaches

Would it be helpful if we had a good QB in front of Allen?
Sure
But i also don’t think it’s necessary


We can keep doing it this way,
and we will EVENTUALLY see if Allen has it or not
But i still think we’d be seeing better results if he was better prepared
And that takes time

And as for the lesser INTs,
DBs aren’t allowed to get away with now what they did then
There’s been lots of rules put in place to make it easier on the offense

And offenses are much more creative now too
