Not the last 2 games when his yards dipped massively, and I don't think there's a single person who's saying study and practice won't help him get better.

Against the Titans they ran the ball 39 times, not counting Allen's 4, so let's say those were passes and he tucked and ran. And let's add those 4 to Allen's 19 PA, you're still running the ball way more than you're passing it and that's unheard of in the NFL today. 59-41% should be pass to run, not run to pass. Some teams barely get to half the amount of rushes to passes.

Rivers also has 6 less INT in those 42 more games. And if it's so pass happy it should likely be more. Rivers has more Y/A 7.8 to 7.4.
