I’m pretty pleased with decision. Was expecting a fine. Unlike the canucks, the league is sending a message

I like to look at how the games are played, sure you can form an opinion on a specific player as games go by, but I also like to have an open mind.

Stecher to me is playing a lot better this season than last, my opinion.....doesn't really matter if that aligns with everyone else opinion from last year or this year. I don't believe that my opinions of him last year are relevant this season unless he showed no improvement, but again I think he has.

Same for Gudbranson, I liked his game on Saturday, I also liked Pouliot game. I know I check in here and it's the same complaining about player X over and over, some particular instances I get the complaining, the rest I just think as piling on.

EP was not only carrying this team’s offense, he was the peace maker for the fanbase

i still think he gets (and deserves) the C.

i think he can be a good 2C on a good team or a great 3C on a great team.

a caveat to that is that he can be a 2C or even a 1C on a contender with the right linemates. if he's the best player on the line, he's a 3C with added responsibilities (PK, 2nd unit PP, crunch time, hard minutes etc.) if he has great linemates, i could see him being on the top 2 lines.
