There are different ways that people viewed the incident ( Go read what Brad May said you will be surprised). I seen the hit and I seen the replay . I honestly thought very little of it and EP is one of my favorite players. I seen a replay came on the internet and broke it down five minutes later . I was wrapped up in the game and concerned about the win.


After the game I honestly didn't understand why everyone was so angry. When you have so many people saying it wasn't really a dirty hit but... That is why the Canucks probably did not persue it at the moment before it escalated.

how do they have almost instant access of video to review/challenge a goal or an offside, but not able to get footage of a hit, that has haulted play and paused the game for trainers to come on the ice? Not to mention, Jumbotron MAYBE has a 10 second delay on plays.

Go see what a brain damaged goon with 2000+ career PIMs thinks about a dirty play? Let me guess, he was on board with it because "OLD TIME HOCKEY!!!!"

But now they'll finish with 72 points this year. That's the real win.

People are mad because they just saw Danny getting speed bagged, Danny getting elbowed, Danny getting blind sided by Kadri and Boeser getting run from behind all in one play. And again the team's response was no response after dropping over 30 million on "tough to play against" players that were supposed to help in these situations.

It was probably same response every player from his generation has had. "THAT'S JUST OLD SCHOOL HAWKEY. TAKE A KNOCK. GET YOUR BELL RUNG. GET UP. THERE'S NO SIDE EFFECTS TO BRAIN DAMAGE!"

A guy like Carcillo or Parros *SHOULD* be some of the most proactive considering how their careers came to an end.

If the league gave a REAL poop about it they'd hire Kariya to run DOPs. But the league has to do a dance where the pretend they care without caring too much because they're still in a lawsuit.

I had my own opinion .

I have often gone against the teams opinion.

I didn't see a dirty play or think anything of it during the game . I am not defending them I am giving my point of view.
