Scary to think that Sutter is our number 1 center.... that should ensure a bottom 2 finish...

Nothing against him, but he should be an elite number 3, like Bo.

- Pres.cup

I am not really sure he is our number 1 center. The team is taking a tremendous amount of penalties every game, which is why we have seem him spike in minutes as far as forwards go. I did however see him get quite a few offensive zone starts last night vs PIT, so maybe Green is leaning a little more towards offense with him. Beagle on the other hand gets nothing but defensive zone starts lol. Feel bad for the guy.

I can't stand the smell of weed and it's been probably 25 years since I halfheartedly tried it, but each to their own. I spend $400 dollars on a good box of 25 cigars and people hate the smell of them, so I get it.

Sutter is doing exactly what he is being deployed to do. I am not a huge sutter fan, but you have to give him credit where credit is due. He is contributing offense, actually playing good defense, and been exceptional on the PK. I just don't understand the timing of the hate. The team is 4-2, and exceeding everyones expectations on all categories, minus maybe offense from the defense.

I think he will have a good year this year. His wingers are faster and a little grittier. This should trigger some folks off

I am Gudbransons biggest critic, but I wouldn't choose now as time to be overly critical of him and his play when the team that everyone thought would win one or two games, is playing well above what we expected lol

Just looking at Winnipeg's top six lineup, where I think the team needs to get...

Wheeler - 23-68-91
Laine - 44-26-70
Ehlers - 29-31-60
Scheifele - 23-37-60 (60 games)
Connor - 31-26-57
Little - 16-27-43

Byfuglien - 8-37-45 (69 games)
Myers - 6-30-36
Morrissey - 7-19-29
Trouba - 3-21-24 (54 games)

Hellebuyck - Vezina nominated

Connor Scheifele Wheeler
Ehlers Little Laine

----------------------------------------------------------

Three years away from anything remotely like that with a few more good picks?

Baertschi Horvat Boeser
Goldobin Pettersson???

Just because it's legal doesn't mean you can use it in public, does it? You can't walk down the street with an open beer in your hand. I don't know the rules?

(frank) me they're 4-2 after six games, they've gotta be close, no?

I just don't think Goldobin and Baertschi will be playing on the top 2 lines when the Canucks have a dynamic and potent offensive attack, in 3 or so years time. Horvat could very well be bumped down to 3rd line C if they land a J Highes this year.

I mean, I guess it's possible, if you can keep them around the $3m mark and they can put up (and keep up with Petey/Hughes) 60+ points...

I did too. could probably name 3 or 4 other posters who predicted the same. Its a small sample size, but I am blown away at how good they are playing. Vantel brought up a good point, they have been on a nice little stretch that seems to have continued on from last year.

They are 3-2 on a road trip they were supposed to be 1-5 on. It's pretty great. I'm not worried, the losses will take care of themselves over 82 and end will still get a nice prospect.

Nilsson can only run hot for so long, but I am going to enjoy this streak as long as it lasts

BTW - Pouliot and Stecher had the best possession numbers out of all players on the ice last night for both teams

It is ridiculous the whining. Canucks have over 10 mil in space this year and 32 mil next year. Sutter is on of Canucks top players ,a leader , and does multiple things for the team.

The thing is, I LOVE the winning but I know they arent good enough to be a playoff team and would rather not see them draft 12th or 13th.....

Two pounds of weed sounds like a lot, that's like one of those packages I see when I watch El Cappo on Netflix

2 pounds = 16 0unces.
I go through an ounce every 7-10 days. So, in my case it's not a lot.

Starting today, pricing for the provinces vary, but the cheapest dried flower per gram is 6.99$ and with pricing going up from there.

cheapest pre-rolled half gram joint is $4.20 in BC

not that it matters to people that grow themselves
