Playing the "what if" game is kinda pointless but sometimes it's difficult not to - as in what if Stan didn't out think himself and make the Panarin/Saad trade - the Panarin-Anisimov-Kane line would look pretty good right now, especially with the way the DeBrincat-Toews-Kahun line is playing.

Hawks can't win a board battle. Three Hawks and two BJs in a scrum behind the Hawks net and the BJs come out with the puck. Not only are the Hawks physically inferior to every other team in the league but they they are also sub par in hand/eye coordination which is why they can't control the puck on their stick even when they have time to make a play.

We go some bad hockey going on in the second on both teams. The only savior for the Hawks was Crawford. Man, I am having a hard time finding Saad on the ice....actually it looks more like half of the Hawk players are a no show in the first and second period. Five shots in the second...
