WIN! - xShoot4WarAmpsx
In order for me to accurately judge how successful this strategy is, I must first know the ice time that lehtera and folin receive |

Lehtera will play 8 mins and 37 secs
Folin will be in the press box. If AMac cant go, we dress the waterboy in his place |

Are we just gonna go all season with a terrible PK again? - aightwebang17
The pk will be bad as long as itâs working in front of mediocre goalies. Even the best PK units need their goalies to make a clutch save now and then. Good luck with that on most nights. |

I think the Flyers blame a bit of the PK on the goalies too, which I think is part of the reason they're still so bad at it. |

The problem is that the coach is comfortable with Folin because he knows exactly what he is getting, a bad hockey player who does very little, if anything, competently.
Myers is an unknown quantity in the nhl at this point. The Flyers go out and ice the team each night they think can win the hockey game. Itâs way too big of a risk to suit up Myers. It doesnât matter what his pedigree is or long term outlook or his skill set is. Thatâs all gobblity gunk. The coachâs job is to ice the team that he thinks can win the next game. - StepfordSam
Folin is really the least of their problems right now.

My favorite part of the game vs NJ was Girouxâs backchecking.
Sets a good tone for the rest of the team and led to some transition offense and a goal on one sequence. |

Voracek being a human highlight real vs NJ was also good. Nice bounce back game. |

agree...and your other point about jake
Giroux deserves a ton of credit for getting back on that 2 on 1, but Sanheim shut Taylor Hall the (frank) down on that play. Sanheim has played 3 very strong games in a row and he along with Gudas has been the best pair for almost 2 weeks now |

But he's not that unknown. It's not as if they don't know his skillset right now, and how that might translate to the NHL. He's good enough to play in the NHL right now.
Very few players can head into th NHL ready for their expected roles (in this case as a top 4 dman). No matter when he comes, he's going to have to adjust.
