Teams are allowed to complain if it’s anything over the top. The league sends out a draft of the schedule to all teams and its then edited multiple times. Previous management was pretty hard on the league and didn’t let them (frank) them over.

Benning as the Prez/GM would have to be the one who works with the league on a better schedule.

Benning doesn’t come off as the type who makes complaints about the schedules, but who knows.
