Nah - rick Nash is a good old Canadian boy and a playoff hero. Edler won’t come close to that return.

Don't get me wrong, but Biech is a CBA expert, not really great on prospects. IMO.
He is in love with flashy, offensive players, not solid 2 way guys like Brisebois.
According to Cory at CA, Brisebois is playing well beyond OK.

I'm not saying he knows what the Canucks motivations are (inside information), but I think he is suggesting that what makes sense is that if they were going to play for the Canucks it would have been Sautner (injured) or Juolevi.

Wasn't saying he doesn't watch a lot of prospects, I know he does, just saying a lot of his value is put on offense and not on a 2 way game or defensive side of the game.

Ryan Biech was on the radio this morning and I asked, given that Bris has been recalled, how has he looked in Utica so far? His answer was a hesitant ok, with a question mark. Basically said the Canucks would rather have Juolevi playing in Utica than sitting in Vancouver. I think MDC goes in for Edler and if Tanev is unable Biega draws in.

Also, Gaudette a C, Leiper not...
