I can’t quantify why the Sabres are better this year than last in terms of stats, but I can tell they’re better for one reason and one reason only.

I didn’t think they’d lose this game. As I watched the whole time, I just new, they’re going to win this.

Haven’t felt that in almost a decade when they give up a goal in the first two minutes.
