That’s bs. Green has these plugs playing hard

As a person who has criticized Stecher, on several occasions, I thought he had a pretty good game last night, even Pouliot had a nice bounce back game, after some glaring giveaways, the last 3 games.
The Canucks need to keep playing the heck out of these guys and see who and what they have moving forward.

Solid post as usual Rueby, I am also a bit critical of the Canucks defense, but credit where credit is due. They played as a unit last night, Gudbranson was solid out there, I really like that Green has given them the green light to rush the play.

How many times did we see a defenseman going to the net, but a forward actually backed them up...unheard of on this team.

One more observation...Pettersson is unbelievable in knowing where the pucks is and gets whatever part of his body he needs to to gain possession, stick, hand, knee, leg it doesn't matter. Not sure if we should be concerned or applaud.

I've had a two month ban. That's a man strength ban.... :)
But yes, semantically i'm wrong. May my family not know my deep and lingering shame.

Is it really manly, or is it just idiocy and being disrespectful to Carol and Makita/Whitelie, who have to babysit your còmments?😁

having your own opinion = handcuffed to your own opinion? I have always given credit where credit is due, but to say Green is deserving of coach of the year after 11 games is absolutely hysterical imo.

just my opinion Donny. Participation ribbons to me don't equate jack adams. Has he had a rough go with injuries? yes. Has he the worst roster in the NHL to deal with? arguably yes. Does that give him a leg up for jack adams 11 games into the season, in my personal opinion with booner calling on me following some poop about narratives, no.

All I can say about Petterson is, I am more than happy about eating crow, with this pick, the kid is such a smart and talented young man.

Of course he isn’t winning the jack adams but to dismiss his success so far and say it’s all due to Pettersson is pretty stupid and lazy. Although the results aren’t sustainable, the effort has been excellent and that’s on the coach

Im of the opinion that they are still a 20-31 team by the end of the year.

He doesn't appear to be afraid to throw himself in front of shots, blocks whatever he can.

I just hope the team has updated his equipment, I'd like to wrap him up in bubble wrap,

damn he is wafer thin yet looks unstoppable.

Green got him away from the bad influences of Captain Crunch and Krispy Kreme.

Green likely saved his career. He was a fat slob last season. Girouix and green for the Adams.

Who could of imagined we knock off a team with 5 straight wins while EG and Hutton are our top D pair. Shocking

Falls over at the blueline, is doing the floppy chicken, two Wild start to break up the ice and somehow he still gets his stick in there to defuse the play and give time for backup to arrive.

I am quite impressed and not just because he scores beautiful goals, but his puck awareness is well pretty damn impressive.

I knew EP would score but what’s shocked me is his compete level. He is arguably the toughest guy on the team already. He blocks shots and he is relentless in the corners. He gets hammered to the ice and just won’t quit. He is, dare I say it, a true glue guy

I've said it a few times already, I don't mind these injuries at all. It will let us know what we look like if we make moves at TDL. Probably the best thing that could happen to the team.

It is the same players year after year getting injured for long periods of time , so it would be nice to get away from them if we can. Let's see who steps up.

- VANTEL

I think it will be a less consistent team, but in a lot of ways more exciting as we saw last night. Sutter's jock is a big one to fill, Bo is going to be logging a lot of minutes until he is back

Didn't notice he went 8 games without a point. He's bringing a lot of energy and is great on the forecheck.
