I agree just about all of this. My question pertained to what they were supposed to do about this today. They're in the hole they are in. They can't get out of it until the offseason at least.

They will be selected to the Don Cherry All Star Classic. Usually reserved for good Ontario boys, it's likely an exemption will be made in this case

No surprise ending to that one last night. Anyone could see that if Hutton didn't completely slam the door the Flames were coming back.

Yes, the flames have some speed but the Sabres D had no D-zone gap control...maybe because the forwards weren't getting back to support the D...because Calgary's D were pretty solid transitioning in the Neutral zone.
