Canucks are at a pretty steady bubble team clip. You'd better get used to the idea. If we go .500 from here there'll be a bunch of teams behind us. Certainly not a playoff team, but looking less like a bottom 5 team everyday IMO. What's nice is that essentially boils down to EP, Bo and Boeser leading the team. Can they keep in up for 82 games? The last three years, once january comes, this team starts nosediving. LA looks really slow though if they don't turn it around in november I think they will start to sell. They have a lot of high value vets, unlike us

I'm not going to enjoy another team rebuild at a faster pace than us, NYR/Det last year doing what we should have done 5 years ago really pisses me off to no end. I could see LA being that team this year as they've had a couple rough years outside of looking good last year.

This is exactly it. The new core. Can they do it? Do they want it bad enough?

Add Hughes to that core next year and we really have something.

As projected we are a better team 5/5 so that will translate to a few more wins.
