Problem is tryjng to get out on the lake when there arent 5 foot white caps. Especially this time of the year. Plus can go looking for muskie and not hook into one for 3 days. But when you do there giant. Cassadaga usually im good for 1 muskie there in the fall

There is always somewhere to fish between Erie, the harbor, upper/lower niagara and Ontario. You can get on the water every day of the year no matter the wind direction. I stopped going to cassadaga and chautauqua a loooong time ago.

Actually Cassadaga is okay, usually have the lake to yourself... and the fishing is usually decent... and it's not far away. Last year my son caught his first musky there it was 51"
I agree St Lawrence and Niagaria are great... chautauqua sucks
