Well, it’s only fair, Weise smells like dung and glue.

I think it's pretty clear that even though the Flyers started slow, they're not out of it. That's the point.

That's also why I think the claims that the Flyers beat two bad teams is BS. In the NHL any team can beat you so beating teams that may not be as good as you on paper are important wins in the standings.

Nylander has only really played wing in the nhl on a line with Matthews. I guess you could slot him there but Totonto’s Centers are Matthews, Tavares and Kadri.

If the 3 games prior to the trip didn’t raise questions and concerns, than I just give up.

And even now, I think 3C is a legit concern going forward. Weal is not a season long solution and if they really are serious about trying to get into the playoffs and be a threat to win a round or 2, it’s a position that needs to be addressed.

I’m annoyed that Hakstol doesn’t try something different based on last season’s success with the top line. JvR has yet to return, so what happens when does? The exact same approach? You already made a joke about Evander Kane being on the third line. Well the Sharks are one of the best teams in hockey. They’re deeper and more talented.

I’ll just say this. It would be too easy to point out the Legion of Doom’s success but any other top lines we have had featured our very best players in their natural positions that have carried us.

That is untrue. Nylander played C for Toronto while Matthews was hurt. Which was a good stretch. He is a natural C and TBH he might be better than NoPa right now.

I said one of the best teams in hockey. By that, I mean they’re always in the mix to contend. Personally I don’t think it makes sense to add an Erik Karlsson when you have Brent Burns. Both of which are explosive offensively but average to terrible defensively. Plus I believe they’re still without Joe Thornton who can still set up plays.
