I have always liked the Juolevi pick. I would be lying if I said that after seeing Tkachuk and how he performs at the NHL level, that I would obviously enjoy a player like him, but this team is still so thin in defensive depth/prospects outside of Hughes, that he is still very much needed for us, even if its a top 4.

Keep on top of it! Healthy diet, exercise, positive family connection. It will be something you worry about for a long time but you can beat it.
