The problem I have with bloggers is any clown and a keyboard can sit down and write their opinion.

They give themselves a name like Pass it to Bullpoop or Canucks Militia create a fancy page and write about the team weekly and then get labeled Insiders.

I read a few of PITB blogs this Summer and called him out on many glaring mistakes and poor takes. He is a slob just like the rest of us sitting at home with an opinion.

Carol gets to the games , writes for the media and writes the facts . There are some good bloggers such as her but man there are a lot of stupid bloggers out there also media.

Different type of media like Brother Jake who doesn't know the difference between skate sharpener and monkey wrench. His idiot partner Pratt are there for the entertainment . They are there to rile you up , get you going . Facts mean little to them as long as you are angry they are happy.

your take is off the mark

i feel bad for you that you can't enjoy this team playing fun hockey games for a change

I knew you part of the emo cheerleading squad.

I have said time & time again it has been fun so far, I just don't think it is sustainable.
As another overly emotional poster likes to say,"learn to read."

What part of the Canucks game do you think will drop off that they will start losing?

When the cens come back, who do we want/ need?

Playing pretty good doo far.

I'd be doesn with reading Hutton now, ahler at the dateline to bring back next season. Mdz and pullout just let walk in the summer.

Up front is where we've done, when after and beagle get back horvat will get a much needed break, problem is, I see them desperation from the exciting style of play by slowing it down, that said, we need one of them healthy for us. Which one will be better now, in 2 or 4 years as our 3C? I'm putting my money on sutter.

I'd prefer if we don't stop this high flying style, this season, win or lose.

Goal scoring will drop off and the defense & goaltending will be more porous. They have been in this position several times over the past at this time of year only to fall off the cliff in the New Year. Other teams will start finding their legs and blow past the Canucks. Like I have said repeatedly, this has been a lot of fun so far and I'm enjoying the hockey for the 1st time in a long time. Forgive me if I don't think it will last.

The offense and tempo will stagnate when the old guys get back in the lineup.
Then we'll lose 3 to 1 instead of winning 8 to 6.

Our goaltending and defence can get worse then they are right now?

Need to find the balance of enough scoring in the line up but enough vets to stabilize the kids.

Good morning boys, and girl; not really sure how this one will play out as the Canucks seem to be able to score at will almost, but their defensive game stinks, while Buffalo has some good offensive weapons as well, but they can be sketchy on the defensive coverage as well.

Either way, I hope it's a entertaining as the last few games

I think the Defence will get better . One thing they are getting better at is pucks to the net. They are learning just get the puck off fast and make sure it hits the net. They are taking a lot more wrist shots instead of the big heavy slap shot . The quicker release is helping get shots through.

The difference between this year and years past is we are no longer a cycle team. We have a whole new style of play. The players are on top of the puck almost immediately giving the other team very little time to set up.

The back and forth passing with a slower team is over. That page is turned.

Defence scoring is up. Allowing goals is also up. Markstrom is actually putting up worse numbers.

Natural progression of younger players and a super star player in EP allowing scoring to be up.

PP and PK are running at the same rate as last season.

Find the happy medium of keeping goals down but still scoring enough to win when Beagle and Sutter return.

Two checking lines might cause scoring to come down.

I am not surprised scoring is up against the Canucks MDZ Biega and Pouliot sort of stink.

Also scoring is up throughout the league. Smaller goalie equipment and a faster game. I think Thursday night teams scored 70 goals that night?

Funny though that Markstrom's numbers are worse, but he somehow looks better? I think the defense has taken/took a huge hit in coverage with Edler and Tanev out for so long...

Canucks are 5-2-1 since Edler went down 6-2-1 if you count the night he was injured half way through the game.

He does look better. Not allowing the first goal on the first shot as much might not kill off the team as fast.

Both of Van's defensive centers out as well. I believe GA was down when Sutter and Beagle were playing, GF was also down though.

Edler is better then MDZ

I'd really like to see
Hutton Gudbranson
Pullout Tanev
Edler Stecher

Each played a pretty equal amount of 5v5 and just PK and PP being the additional minutes. Maybe a few less injuries then.

Up to the Vegas game where he was injuried. 5-4
5-2-1 including the Vegas game.

6-6 before Sutter was injuried.
4-0-1 Since Sutter including the game Sutter was injuried.

He has played in 5 games so 7-4-1.

He did play until the end of the Florida game pretty much. 3-2 with him.

2-2 without Roussel and 1-1 without Schaller.

Hmm, so I guess that means neither player is needed.

Canucks have also been bleeding goals more since then. I think one or the other is needed.

I'd like to trade Sutter to the NYR for Vlad Nemestikov.

Canucks have added 7 relatively new players, since TDL, all at forward, the Comets have also reshuffled the players in that system.
All in all, whether we continue winning or not, it is just nice to see, change has arrived.
