Changes it all a bit.
Moulson, gone.
Erod, raise.
Skinners salary needs to be adjusted in.
Ullmark, raise.
24.525 out, about 18.5-19.5 in re-signings. Still the open roster spots. - TheHank
6 arb eligible RFA's are going to make for some tough decisions.

Ya, not sure how I missed Skinner's existing contract.
Moulson doesn't show up on Hockey Reference, not sure why.
I guess they could go shopping for 1 UFA this offseason if they wanted.
I would really like to see them acquire a solid partner for Dahlin...Strahlman from Tampa would be great fof 2 - 3 years. |

We've already seen a trend to not qualify arb eligible players. I'm expecting to be surprised by some of the decisions. They really are tough calls.
I saw McCabe listed at 2.4m, but if he's playing top 4 minutes, why shouldn't he file for arb? He's almost guaranteed to get more. |

If they want to re-sign Girgs or larsson, they can do what they did for Wilson. Don't qualify, and sign later |

Or just don’t qualify, and don’t sign later |

I hear ya.
My thought is they need to find someone that can push Risto down into 2nd pairing and playing ~20 minutes.
Hopefully they are very selective |

Hopefully he is positioned on the 3rd pairing
Dahlin / strahlman-like guy
Guhle / Risto
McCabe / Borgan
Something lime that |

A guy like that is going to cost an arm and a leg if he ever gets to fa.
I think Reinhart would be the wisest piece to use to get a guy like that via trade. |

Could happen, McCabe and ERod are the tough ones, maybe Ullmark (if he plays well enough).
Beaulieu, if he continues to play well....hard to imagine him just walking away from 3 roster players. Maybe some go at the deadline.

They also have Pilut to be placed somewhere. Is he the chip they play to keep McCabe in "check" on his asking price? |

Don't forget, it's tuned and dumps copious amounts of smoke because he has to tow all those grocery bags. And he goes ripping up and down residential streets at 2am to remind everyone how cool he is.
God I hate those bumholes.

Agreed.
I think he is a UFA this year and Tampa is going to have issues resigning everyone.
Point is burning the house down and should get a fairly large contract to squeeze in. |

The thing with Blowboy is he is their 7th, playing every 3rd or 4th game.
That should temper the payday, zI would think anyway. |

3/4 of the season to go, who knows how he finishes. Feels like he's won a regular spot for now. The tough part with him is that he's 2.4m just to qualify.
