Weise was the one that got stripped but he had a guy on him before he even touched the puck. Simmonds had the puck in his vicinity and just nonchalantly skated by it. Not a good shift by that line.

Because that is how teams gain the zone? You dump it and go get it. You can skate faster forward than the Dmen skating backwards, that has to turn around. Even if you get beat you are in perfect position to force a turnover. Their only option is the boards where your teammates should be

The short answer is because Florida is clogging up the neutral zone and standing up at the blueline. If you try to stick handle and force a rush, that is going to lead to turnovers and transition against you. The issue is when the Flyers have gotten in on the puck, they have had second man support or people at the net. Florida's checking is tight. Aren't going to score a pretty goal.

Seriously that was real...the Flyers have been playing better, won how many in a row and they get that because they gave up a goal and little sloppy in the closing minute?

People talk about how players are soft and cry, I think it's more of the fans. No hype, no energy, just boooooo why don't you score 8 goals. No wonder they play like crap at home. The fans are not like years past for sure.
