We just went to Roost (on Niagara St near Resurgence) last weekend. They change their menu monthly and have a different theme each month. Currently it's italian. It was awesome. I've heard they have a great brunch as well.

Prescott's Provisions is new in the City of Tonawanda. I had the scallops. They were amazing. We sat at a bar type thing that overlooks the kitchen so we could see what stuff looked like before we even ordered. Would definitely go back.

Not sure if the Remington Tavern is somewhere you've been (not sure when exactly they opened and how long you've been gone), but it's a personal favorite of mine. Great steak and great seafood.

This Little Pig on Transit Rd (next to Brennans) is a farm to table type place. The menu itself isn't super big, but they have a good amount of daily specials as well. Been there for dinner and brunch and would for sure go back for both.
