Pepsi Center(now Northtown) is in Wiliamsville, you could make 10 wrong turns and still not worry about locking your doors around there. Had to have been Keenan center in Lockport

Any area with good school districts is that way right now. My buddy just got a house in Snyder (Amherst Schools) and there was 6 bids day one it was listed... he got it for 22k over asking.

Same thing in Boston/Hamburg area. I looked for well over a year in Boston before I found my house, Now I could put on the market for 40% more and it would sell in a week or less.

As a woman, I didn't read it as him implying that Beady does those things, just that it happens to most women pretty much any time they're out in those kind of situations.

And if the woman gets upset and tells the guy to F off, she gets told to learn how to take a compliment.

15 rows from the ice, Larry and Zemgus look just as good defensively as Adam Pardy.

I bought 2 acres in Alden back in the late 90's and designed my own custom built home with an 80 foot two tiered deck looking out at my property. I'm 10 mins to the Cornerstone and 20 at most to the airport. Here is the kicker, we got re-assessed a few years ago and my state and property taxes are only $4K. As far as I can tell the school system in Alden is pretty good.

So far this season, Zemgus has taken one penalty and drawn another while Larsson has taken 3 and drawn 2.

Mittelstadt has been very impressive as he's drawn 8 and only taken 2.

My major beef right now is with ERod. I just haven't been a huge fan of his this year. I feel like he needs to actually slow himself down a bit. Can't even count the number of times he takes off but doesn't take the puck with him or completely just over skates it. I just feel like his game is all over the place and not in a good way lately.
