My NBCSN replay has Provorov fighting (i can't tell who it is) on the sabres for the puck.

The victim of the call would be the Flyers team, as they'd get the power play. The individual is more or less irrelevant to that.

The only thing worse than a lazy response, is incorrectly assessing something to be lazy. Again, you can call it incorrect all you want, but calling it lazy because i called yours lazy, is childish.
