I'll be watching my boy #37 tonight, 8-1 Philly. Just cause I don't like the sabres leaving the yotes behind.

Hmmmmmmm.....
- jdfitz77

He’s a career 12.5% shooter.

Taking away his empty netter he has 1 goal on 22 shots.

He in reality should have 3 or 4 goals and be on pace for 12-15 in a 4th line role.

He needs to produce more but he’s been unlucky this year

Philly is no joke boys, they have some talent... their biggest problem has been injury's in goal... if they get even average play in goal tonight sabres are going to have to play a good game.

I think we get at least 2 PP goals tonight though, they are really bad on PK, could be the diff in the game

apparently you didn't get the memo

Sabres 5
Philly 2
Dahlin gets one on a penalty shot and Jack gets both primary and secondary assists on the remaining 4 goals, for 8 total.
Thompson gets reprimanded by Coach Housely for playing Fortnite on his phone on the bench.

this is a good take, but he seems like he's having trouble keeping up with this team (very strange to type that)

This is super random, but I have this memory of being at either HSBC arena or maybe the ACC as a kid, and Sabretooth and Carlton the bear had a fake fight in the stands.

Does anyone remember opponent mascots being at games, or did I invent this memory?

Going tonight and I love beating Philly because their fans get all pissy. Would like to see a 60 minute effort and a 6-1 win. My prediction...bunch of guys score some goals with some other dudes assisting. The guy in net stops most of the pucks.

I think he’s been very good defensively.

I'll be watching a 5-2 win from 7 rows up tonight.
7-2 is possible.

Why would we want Malkin? and how do you sign Skinner with Malkin and Eichel at 10 mill each, almost.

I have a strange feeling that we fall behind, then come back and win.

I, too have a vague memory of something like this happening but I remember very little of the 80s and 90s in general.
I do remember Peter Puck though! And Howie Meeker's school of hockey.

This Sabres team does not need Malkin.

Malkin is a hall of Famer.

1/2 of eichel and malkin?

Jbotts will use the money he saved by wisely letting EK9 go.

Skins looks great, his career numbers do not support 8.5-9 million.

The only way it works is if Risto and Okposo (cap wise) go the other way with picks

Glad to see EROD back on the ice. That's a good trade out (EROD for Berglund) in terms of speed. I think EROD responds with his best game of the year including a goal.

*42 goals
*56 assists
*98 points last year.

We would be unstoppable.
Jbotts would be thinking (crosby/malkin) = (eichel/malkin)

If Malkin was 25-27 I would do it. but not at 32, not the type of player we need... If there is a player out there that I would like to get it would be Nylander....

I fear a trap game, but I think the veteran leaders, especially the guys "with scars" who have been through the dismal years, will be sure the excited youngins will get after the game with the proper respect.

If we come out determined in the first and play the right way from the first whistle this one could get ugly for Philly. If we get caught up in the emotion i could be a bad dose of reality for a learning team.

5-2 Sabres.

We definitely need a big strong , Stanley cup champion center .

Not a cry baby, that's more worried about $, then playing hockey.

What type of player is malkin? And what do the sabres need then?
