After he was fired Lombardi said his down fall was being to loyal to guys. i think if it was him he would be a good guy to have because he's had the highs of a cup and the lows of trying to stay competitive but failing.

In a way didn't it benefit Roseman when he was kind of moved out for a while and he saw his mistakes and then once GM again worked on his weakness to build a superbowl team?

As far as the second part, I'm not from philly nor am I an Eagles fan so really don't know the details but yes, you would hope he would learn from past experiences. However, you never know with these guys.
