I don't need to see Weal anymore. I think he can fill in for injury but not someone I want to see night in and night out. - J35Bacher
I wouldn’t be upset if Weal never played a game again for the Flyers |

I love how surprised/disgusted people are this this young team isn't totally awesome and consistent yet. - Tomahawk
It's not that they are young and inconsistent. It's the vets that are inconsistent that bugs the poop out of me. |

Bringing Bob back isn't a bad idea although lots of people think he'd block Hart.
He can always be moved later or exposed to Seattle. hell, he may be a perfect pick up for Seattle in a couple seasons. - juiced
I think Bobrovsky is going to cost 7-8 million a season and long term. Not sure that is a deal i want when you do have goalies in Hart and Sandstrom, whose having a solid start.

Agreed. He's not an everyday NHLer. I think he'd be a perfect fit for Arizona's 4th line. |

Plus don't think he's not almost demanding a no move clause with the upcoming Seattle expansion. |

I just don't get why you ask guys like Aube-kubel, who they have spent time grooming and asking to refine his game, and we he does everything that is asked doesnt get more then 6 minutes a game.
I think you need to see what he can do in the NHL. And not just a 4th line role. He was an offesnive player in juniors. He's produced in the AHL. Give him a 3rd line role. His speed is something that is needed.

Yeah. He's getting a NMC in his next deal. |

You bring bob home. Simple as that. For as much as been written about his down season he’s a 2.59 and .917. 6 years...42 mil - Just5
That's how we lost Bob to begin with by signing a guy to a long term deal blocking Bob.
Do you want Bob to block Hart, Sandstrom etc? |

I don't know if it is but hasn't it been eerily quiet since that Toronto loss? no gm in locker room stories, no coach heard yelling behind close doors. It was just quiet. |

The second line was stalled. Unfortunately, Weiss has been one of the teams best players lately. It was an attempt to help get the 2nd line going. - MJL
if Weise is being used to get the 2nd line moving, well that is a problem. |

Watching Johnson skate right past the D on that one goal told me they need Keenan to come in and have a one day "skating" session with the team...run them til they all puke...the effort of this team is mind numbing...
I haven't heard much talk of it, but with Knoblauch onboard, how is he not able to help build a system on the PK with Hak and Lappy...he is also supposed to be one of the rising star coaching assistants that works well with the young guys...but i don't think they all falls on coaching...
It is almost like the coaching staff is stuck until the older guys buy in...I love Jak for what he brings to the offensive side, but he can go if he doesn't ever play team D...
Hexy has to do something before the holiday...unfortunately with Snider gone, no one has the guts to put Hexy on the hot seat as all the other guys have gooned this up themselves... |

After that loss I can't see how he didn't check in with Chicago to see about hiring Quenneville. I think he would need their permission first. |

So we have one of Hart/Sandstrom as the backup for the next 6 years? Cool beans, sign me up!
Also, this is a little crazy talk, but...I mean, Steve Mason is 100% available. It's telling that no one has reached out to him, but the dude was able to provide average goaltending for the bulk of his time here. - jmatchett383
I like Mason. Understood moving on if the locker room talk was legit but I feel he has been their best goalie in years. I wonder if he has been working out or if he has retired in his mind. |
