I litterally saw someone say "it is legal to hit from behind in the nhl, it's in the rule book"

All i said was blackhawks were unable to win a single playoff series once they sign big two to long term deals. Which shows how hard it is to win with couple players eating up huge part of the cap. Especially when you have no defense and have no money to sign anyone.
