Why is overall points an excuse for bad plays? Sure rienhart has really upped his play from the start of the season, does this mean he can’t be called out for making bad plays or having a bad game?
Does criticism automatically mean you hate the guy and wish he was traded for a 6th round pick?
I want 23 to succeed on this team as much as anyone, but that pass on the pp was terrible, regardless of how many points he has over x number of games, you could also say that shg really killed the team and led to the third period blowout.

I agree that in the grand scheme there are more troubling issues with this team, but in the scope of last game Reinhart was an issue.
All I’m saying is past performance should not shelter a player from criticism when they make a bad play.

Yah , only in buffalo do people expect more out of the 22 year old captain with 36 points in 30 games.

It's amazing how Sam is a piece of poop because he doesn't score enough but Jack gets a pass when he had 5 goals when he is making 10 Million dollars. Along with the inherent need to female dog about a 23 year old player that actually scores when there are 9 other guys to female dog and moan about.

What exactly is wrong with SAM ??? doesn't score enough? The kid has the same amount of goals that William Nylander (you know the kid that just signed a 10.2 million dollar deal) has the last two years, And sam makes 6.6 million less this year....

So Nylander is this fantastic player and sam is poop.... YEAH this makes total sense...

There is no hate from me at all just pointing out Sam made a bad play on the pp in the third that led to a 3-1 rush short handed that held up as the game winner.
Criticism and hate are two different things, like I said if Eichel made that play I’d be just as hard on him.

Those are both great points.

It really doesn't matter how rich a person is. Human instinct and business sense makes the pegula's want to spend other people's (tax) money.

The revenue from a building of this magnitude will definitely offset some of the costs.

Imagine the construction jobs? Income tax
Imagine the revenue of the surrounding businesses?

This would be good for buffalo.

And I completely agree that the tickets should go up in price. The people that enjoy the facilities should pay more.

My view as a season ticket holder is that I go to the games to enjoy the games and hopefully see a good team. I really don’t care to pay more just to pay for a shiny new place. They could put all the fancy amenities they want in there and I’m stilll going to walk in, buy a beer, and go to my seat.
I’d like to see the place cleaned up, get some new seats, and figure out a way to widen the concourses. Soap and paper towels in the bathrooms on a regular basis would be nice too.

Except Skinner won’t stop scoring.

Since 2015, Jeff Skinner has the second highest individual scoring chance rate at 11.3 per 60. Matthews is the only players ahead of him. Maybe this goal surge of his is just a correction of his previous underperforming years.
