No I got the Utica AHL.com package
Binghamton scored but was waived off due to a cross check - but the crowd started tossing teddy bears on the ice...
Dahlin just scored on the PP - Brooks_Light

ZacMac scores too but they waived it off for kicking motion but it really wasn’t - then the refs wouldn’t even review it - AHL is weird.
Dahlin is turning a corner for sure but he’s still getting most of his points on the PP - he’s definitely taking a little longer to gain his confidence on the smaller ice - he used to play a little tougher in Timra, like to see him drive the net a little more
Archi and it’s 4-1 |

it takes time. I won't be surprised if most of the kids don't find their footing until next year. Dahlen is looking like he might be ready next year, if he can keep it consistent anyway. Demko missing was a big hole, they are finding their game now. |

It is a definite salary dump . Unless there is a first attached to it no thanks. - VANTEL
The Canucks don’t have much of a window to take advantage of a salary dump. The cap isn’t an issue this year and it probably won’t be next year, but after that they’ll be getting closer to it. |

True but taking on any player blocks prospects & current players. It’s a dicey juggle. |

Another aspect to our prospects developing is linemates they have to play with in Utica. I would go as far as to say C’s in Utica are not all that talented. Kero appears to be gotten to help out in that regard. |

Yup - I think Dahlen should be down the full year. OJ, Demko, Zac, Sautner, McEneny maybe Brisebous wouldn’t hurt if they got a few games after the TDL.
I’m seeing Gadj take steps ahead every game too - i think by the TDL he’ll fit into a top 6 roll if he gets a shot.

I don't have much faith in Benning or Canucks when it comes to contracts |

Same thing. No one is blocking anyone’s progress right now and they probably won’t be next year. But by the season after you’d hope that there is some internal competition. |

Well Kero was centering Zac and Dahlen on the top line for most of year with all the call ups and injuries.
Tonight it’s:
Kero, Jasek, Boucher
Gaunce, Dahlen Zac
Woods, Gadj, Camernesi
Darcy, Archi, Bancks |

Same. Boeser’s contract will be interesting and telling. Do they try and play ball or just roll over and give him whatever he wants. |

The year can change but 6 goals does not deserve 7 mil |

There’s some good like Horvat, Virt, Sven, Gran, Stecher, Marky and Nilsson
Some brutal ones Loui, Beagle, Guddy, Sutter, Gagner
Some mediocre/not really hurting us
Rousell, Shaller, mDZ, Hutton, Biega, Pouliot

Will he end up with 12 or 25 that's what needs to be answered before we start handing out 7 mil contracts |

He’s on pace for 22ish in 69 games and is currently at a .78 PPG which is similar to Tatar, Krieder, Trochek, Oshie, Barzel, Koivu
The highest contract outta those guys is around 5.5-5.8 - I think it’ll be somewhere between 6.2-6.8 - if he’s putting up 30 goals and 60-70 point seasons then it makes sense IMO |
