12 points in 14 games with the Pack this season. You can nitpick, I guess, but I feel ok calling that a point per game.
Lias plays tough, throws the body, has a decent defensive game to stand on and has been cited as a potential captain someday. He's a kid transitioning to the game at the next level. Perhaps that's why he hasn't been moved up the line up too much. Why add to the learning curve and make it harder for him?
Doesn't mean he's getting sent down. Not that I couldn't be wrong. But, I'll stand by my optimism, thanks.

Nitpick?? How are you going to give me that narrative when you just called a player a PPG which is a flat out lie? That's a narrative that fits you, what you considered Andersson is fake news, sorry my man. If someone wanted to write about all the PPG in the AHL than he wouldn't be in the discussion because he never was that. If you want to ice it due to nitpicking than be my guess.

"Perhaps that's why he hasn't been moved up the line up too much. Why add to the learning curve and make it harder for him?" So giving him valuable experience is now a learning curve after being on the 4th line? Yet you're still optimistic about him not going back down to the minors? Your limbo on his development and where he's played is not accurate here's some proof for you.

“The games where I’ve gotten a lot of ice, I feel I’ve played well,” Andersson said. “I’ve been moving from wing to center and from line to line, so that has been an adjustment, but I feel that I’m learning and developing as a player.

^ I don't agree with him since he's already been demoted before the team got 100% healthy. It also doesn't add up to what you're trying to say. I digress so here's some more proof on his movement through the lines.

"He has played two games as a top-six winger, three games as a third-line winger, one game as a third-line center, one game as a fourth-line winger and eight as the Blueshirts’ fourth-line center." Far from being a stagnant 4th liner, his TOI may be a little down but he's had chances in the top 9.
