Rask falling out of favor in Carolina ?
- Reveen.

Everyone outside of Aho, Ferland, Slavin, Svechnikov and Teravainen should be out of favour.

I dont recall flames fans complaining about other teams being on the back half of back to backs in Calgary, such as Nov 19th when Vegas played in Edmonton the previous night. Nor November 28th vs Dallas when the Stars played in Edmonton the previous night. Nor November 30th when the Kings played in Edmonton the previous night. But Flames fans are probably right and the schedule makers have it out for the Flames.

Dude look at this chart and tell me there is not a bit of discrepancy, The Oil have a gravy schedule. Calgary´s is not near as bad as others either.

But do not for one minute try and pretend like having the latter game of a team playing back to back is not an advantage.

Ewww...

Fair trade though. Has Victor lost a step due to his last injury?

Nah, he's just a very passive guy and I don't think that fits well with what Brind'amour is trying to do.

Edit: I wonder if anyone has ever looked into if more players get injured on the 2nd game of a back to back. Might be interesting.

Nah.

Martinook has been really good, just way overslotted.

Wallmark is fine.

Most of the guys are okay for what they are, it's just that there are too many of them and not enough actually talented players in the lineup.

I think the ease up in the Oilers schedule has more to do with their European opener than anything else.

Well I’d make that trade, though I’m almost at the point where I’d swap Khaira for Puljujarvi.

Kid has the (frank)ing tools, just can’t piece it all together.

Done. Gimme.

We'll throw him in the AHL for a couple weeks with Necas and Kuokkanen and then call up the entire line together.

Ferland - Aho - Teravainen
Foegele - Staal - Svechnikov
Kuokkanen - Necas - Puljujarvi
Martinook - Wallmark - Williams

Slavin - Hamilton
de Haan - Faulk
Fleury - van Reimsdyk

Resulting in an increase of 10 shots per game for the Canes. They won’t score on them of course, but such is life in Raleigh.

Hey if you're averaging 50 shots per game though, the other team is bound to put a couple in their own net, right?

Only when you play Jersey.

So do the Canes have any legit starter prospects coming up through the system? I seem to recall an individual who had a name that was nigh on unpronounceable.

I wonder if anyone has looked into whether self entitled, millennial snowflakes are becoming more fragile by spending so much time whining and complaining on the internet about those who are resilient and can overcome adversity? Might be something to look into.

Nedeljkovic. Dunno if he'll be any good. He gets wins, but his individual numbers are pretty pedestrian. Guy is fun to watch though because he's a (frank)ing lunatic.

Callum Booth is a better bet to be a starter, I think, but they really don't have a sure thing anywhere in the system.

A jar of Rod The Bod's seed so that you can develop a perfect clone. You'll have to manually break it's nose a few times though for full effect.

Would you be willing to sign Bobrovsky as a FA? You certainly have the cap space and the fit seems logical.

Yeah, I assume that's the target.

Darling will be bought out at the end of the year and they'll go after Bob with everything they've got.

It's not even our wishful thinking... that's coming from Boston MSM.

We would need to move a left handed d-man.

Can you imagine if we did Krug & Debrusk for RNH and then flipped Nurse and a pick for Parayko.

Krug / Paryako
Larsson / Klefbom

That top four would allow us to keep Bouchard sheltered and allow him to develop properly.

Might have accidentally flagged this.....apologies if that’s the case....especially since I like that blueline much better then what we got now

It’s only an advantage if the other team takes advantage which I don’t think we have at times....Oilers also have back to backs on their schedule too....why don’t we all just come to terms that the Flames win the first game and the oilers win the second all excuses aside?
