The worst in hockey!

I get that Larsson & Girgs generally don’t score
But we weren’t expecting them to do so

We were looking for about 20 or so from Berglund
And 15+ from Sobatka
At this rate,
they won’t even COMBINE for 15goals

Okposo is below a 20goals pace
Mitts has struggled finding the net early
And Thompson was talked about being given a chance in the top6,
but he’s looked bad more than he’s looked good

The struggles in scoring from those 5 guys is hurting us A LOT more than Larsson being .2 goals below his pace from last year

Yeah, he’s replaceable
But that’s not really the problem

Gotta get someone other than the TooLine scoring

If you are actually watching the games it’s impossible to say he hasn’t done a complete 180 since the start of the year.

But you hate the O’Reilly trade so I get it

He had skill the first couple games . Seems he is too timid now . Still young and should get the fire under his ass as the team grows .

Thompson has the 2nd worst relative Corsi on the whole team (Sobotka is worst)

And his goals per 60 at even strength is only better than Girgs, Larsson & your boy Berglund

Has he looked better?
Sure
But that’s not saying much
He looked pretty brutal
And is he scoring consistently?
Not even close... YET

Bottom line
for a guy talked about being a top6 guy THIS SEASON, to be on pace for 14goals...
that’s disappointing
Hopefully he can keep improving

But all 3 guys from StL are below expectations
And that’s a fact you just can’t argue
