Which draft is better overall for the entirety of the first round? This coming draft or the next? - kingcong39
I’ve posted several links about it in one of the recent blogs Pach put up. The 2019 draft is deep at C and on the wings but not so much on defense. It has better talent deeper into the first round then the 2020 draft but the 2020 draft probably has more high end talent in the top 5-7 picks then the 2019 draft. I think Lafreniere would go ahead of Hughes this year but Hughes is better then anyone else in that 2020 class imo.

Does anyone actually like our goal song? I hate it and am resigned to try to enjoy it.
Here's the best thought I've had recently:
I'd love to see a different song for each player who scores, much like base ball player's have their own songs when they take the plate. Each player picks his own song, and it may or may not have something to do with his name.

It's reminiscent of the poop years. It needs to go. Give me the '99 playoff horn (including the RJ "SCOOOORE")

2 out of 4 had Rasmus Aslpund going from Buffalo 1 had Zemgus and 1 didn't pick a Sabre?

I think their graphic got (frank)ed up, but I bet Asplund was.. I think it was Scott Burnsides picks that missed a Sabre. I'd bet he picked Asplund too, in that position of the missing two players.

Yeah it was Burnside
If they lose Asplund is it that big of a deal?
To me no, unless he really turns his game around - Stripes77
It's a huge grain of salt article. There's a healthy chance that Asplund or Malone become 3 and 4, or at least one of them ultimately slot there within the next 3 years. So will it matter? Well, if he goes unprotected, it probably won't.
